Dear Board of Directors,

It is that time of the year and Veerashaivas from across the Globe will be assembling in Chicago this year for the convention and we culminate the event with recognizing our Veerashaivas from Children to Adults alike.

Please ask your chapter members to fill out the required nominations and mail it to us no later than June 15th 2009 for them to be considered for nomination at the Chicago Convention 2009.
